The picturesque River Deben and the famous Tide-mill are less than five minutes walk away, and all the major facilities of Woodbridge are almost literally on your doorstep.

The world-famous Sutton Hoo Viking burial site is less than ten minutes away by car, and the delightful Suffolk heritage coast with Aldeburgh, Snape Maltings, Minsmere and Boyton RSPB reserves are all within easy driving distance.

During your stay, you can enjoy all the comforts of home in one of our charming guest rooms. All rooms are non-smoking, Children are welcome but we have no facilities for babies. We have ample off-street parking, and Woodbridge Railway Station is under five minutes away. We are just minutes away from the main A12 road routes - which offer easy access to London, Cambridge, Norwich etc,

Closer to home, Woodbridge offers a wealth of history and beauty to explore, as well as a host of eating and drinking choices, from Chinese and Indian to traditional English via Italy and Malaysia!

Our facilities

We have a family/double room, one double and one twin room - all comfortable, stylish and well-maintained. Each room is complete with television, hairdryer, wi-fi, and tea/coffee-making facilities and private or en-suite bathrooms.

Lesley Terry, who owns St Anne’s House, is also a partner in the Woodbridge Natural Healing Centre - which offers a wide range of natural therapies and beauty treatments, and is only minutes walk away from St Anne’s House.

Double/family room

Our spacious, ground-floor, family/double room offers comfort and style for four adults or two adults and two children.

Furnished in a striking but simple style it includes comfortable sofas, en-suite facilities, and has its own private entrance with off-street parking.

Double en-suite room

This double room is bright and stylish, and benefits from full en-suite facilities.

Double room with private bathroom

This double room is furnished and decorated to the same high standard as our other guest rooms - and has its own private bathroom.

Twin en-suite room

Our en-suite twin room is bright and airy.

Breakfast

We serve our delicious breakfast in our Dining Room at a time to suit you .

Enjoy your choice of items from our Full English or Continental menu.

A Vegetarian breakfast is also available - please let us know your requirements on booking or arrival.

Local Directions from the A12 heading North -
Take the first roundabout from the A12 marked “local Woodbridge traffic only”.
Continue straight on this road for a mile or so.
You will drive past Nottcutts Garden Centre on your left and the Cherry Tree Pub on your right. Continue until you see the Riverside Theatre and Restaurant on your right - turn left here into Quay Street.
Turn right into Crown Place and about 40/50 yards along turn left into a
small lane, St Annes is about 40 yards up on the left.

Try a few nights at Shingle Street. This wonderful location

is on the edge of the sea just fifteen minutes from

Woodbridge. A site of Special Scientific Interest, great

walks, birdwatching and magical sea views from your

room which looks straight onto the beach and across the
